Algebra - Sketching Functions - Problems 4-6 from the Sketching Functions packet were reviewed and discussed at the beginning of class. Sketching a graph from a described scenario was reviewed and modeled. The classwork assignment was given and students had time to work on 7-18 in the packet. HW - finish 7-18 if not completed in class.
Pre-Algebra - Square Roots & Cube Roots - Wednesday's assignment pg 19-20 from the Practice and Problem Solving booklet as well as Thursday's assignment pg 20-21 from the Instruction booklet were reviewed together in class with student volunteers solving the problems on the board in review of the upcoming quiz. HW - review for the quiz next week.

7th Grade Science - Scientific Method - Students were given time in class to complete yesterday's assignment, Comic Strip or Story using evidence, observations, prediction and inferences made from the Excavating Evidence activity completed in class on Thursday. NO HW
