Algebra - Rate of Change & Initial Value - CW problems 6, 8-9 from yesterday were reviewed and corrected in class. A sample problem was modeled on the board of finding the rate of change given a data table. The rest of the problems for the daily assignment are review problems. Students were given the daily Classwork (CW) assignment problems 10-15 and approximately 30 minutes in class to work on the assignment. HW - finish problems 10-15 if not completed in class.
Pre-Algebra - Properties of Exponents - The entire class period was spent reviewing for the quiz retake tomorrow on properties of exponents. Problems were solved on the board by the teacher and by students who volunteered. Quiz retake tomorrow. HW - study for the quiz retake.

7th Grade Science - Graphing - Students took notes on the various types of graphs as well as they types of information that should be displayed on a graph (title, lables, data, key). During class students also took data from a data table and created a bar graph. They were then assigned 3 questions to answer from a supplied pie chart. We will continue graphing and answering questions from graphs tomorrow. NO HW
