Algebra - Graphing Functions - Classwork problems from yesterday 1-6 were corrected together in class and discussed. Problems 7-19 were assigned and appropriate input values were discussed as a whole class. Emphasis was placed on selecting input values that would result in a whole number which would be easily graphed. Students had 30 minutes in class to work on the assignment and ask questions as needed. NO HW if completed in class.
Pre-Algebra - Properties of Exponents - Mondays assignment was corrected, discussed and graded. 4 sample problems were assigned, students given time to solve and then the solutions were modeled on the board. The daily assignment was given and students were directed to use the 4 sample problems and previous weeks notes to assist with problem solving. HW - complete pg 9-10 if not completed in class from the Practice and Problem Solving booklet

7th Grade Science - Measurement Lab - class was held in the science lab and students participated in a hands on measurement lab to become familiar with lab equipment and measuring. Students who have not returned a signed Lab Safety Contract were not allowed to participate and instead had to read their AR Book. NO HW
