Algebra - Intro to Functions - As a class we reviewed key terms for functions (input, independent, domain, output, dependent, range), worked through some sample problems together as a class. Students were then given time in class to work on problems 7-14 before correcting together in class. NO HW
Pre-Algebra - Properties of Exponents - Together as a class we worked through pages 2-3 from the Ready Math Instruction book. Students were given a handout with questions and asked to put it in the notes section of their binder. Students were asked to complete problems 1-9 on pages 3-4 of their Ready Math Workbook. HW - finish 1-9 on pages 3-4 if not completed in class

7th Grade Science - Students took notes on safety rules to be aware of when we work in a lab environment. Students were given a printed picture and asked to identify each situation that represents a safety violation. HW - students and parents need to sign the safety contract.
